If you have an accident in the practice premises, please inform a member of staff so that the Accident Book can be completed.

Fire escape routes are displayed on the back of every door in the building, so please make sure that you are familiar with your escape route.  The Fire Action Plan is clearly displayed in the waiting area and the assembly point is the green near the roadside at the front of the building.  If the fire alarm is raised by a member of staff, please remain calm and leave the building by the nearest exit.  Please keep fire exits clear at all times.

The practice operates a strict no smoking policy, so please do not smoke on the surgery premises (including outside the front door and in the car park)

You are welcome to breastfeed in the practice and if you require baby changing facilities, please ask a member of staff.
